Anything this site says about a case or a client is an example, and every case is different. A result in one claim doesn't guarantee a result in yours.

Costs

Where this site says there's no fee up front, any fee is set by a judge or the board and paid from an award. Case costs such as medical reports and records can be separate, and I explain them in writing before I spend any.
