Raffaele Mancuso

Workers' compensation lawyer, Buffalo

One lawyer, one office on Franklin Street, and one kind of case.

I represent people hurt at work, and only them. I don't represent employers or insurers, and I don't take other kinds of cases, so the cases I do take get the attention they need.

When you call, I'll ask what happened and listen before I say what I'd do. If your claim isn't one I should take, I'll say so and point you toward someone who can help.

Cases I take

  • New work injuries
  • Denied and cut-off claims
  • Lasting injury benefits
  • Claims against a third party

The office

Franklin Street, downtown Buffalo

Come by, call, or write. Whichever is easiest after a day of hurting.

The office is downtown, close to the courts. If you can't travel because of your injury, we'll talk on the phone or by video, and I'll come to you for the paperwork when I need to.

Say what happened, in your own words

That's the whole first call. I'll ask the rest.
